Description

When doing 64bit builds, we supply -m64 to CFLAGS and LDFLAGS, but no hint is given to autoconf that we're doing a 64bit build. This can have consequences for projects leveraging autoconf/libtool heavily where they think they're doing a 32bit build.

Setting the following lets them know we're doing a 64bit build:

CONFIGURE_OPTIONS.64 += --build=x86_64-pc-solaris$(SOLARIS_VERSION)

I'll need to work out the equivalent for SPARC.

After #2632 goes in I suggest that we add a GNU_ARCH_64 variable and add pass --build for both 32 and 64bit builds.
