Description

An OI user points out that we don't appear to document the smb share options anywhere (that is, there's no share_smb(1M), or other document).

The code shows us:

struct option_defs optdefs[] = {
    { SHOPT_AD_CONTAINER,    OPT_TYPE_STRING },
    { SHOPT_ABE,        OPT_TYPE_BOOLEAN },
    { SHOPT_NAME,        OPT_TYPE_NAME },
    { SHOPT_RO,        OPT_TYPE_ACCLIST },
    { SHOPT_RW,        OPT_TYPE_ACCLIST },
    { SHOPT_NONE,        OPT_TYPE_ACCLIST },
    { SHOPT_CATIA,        OPT_TYPE_BOOLEAN },
    { SHOPT_CSC,        OPT_TYPE_CSC },
    { SHOPT_GUEST,        OPT_TYPE_BOOLEAN },
    { SHOPT_DFSROOT,    OPT_TYPE_BOOLEAN },
    { SHOPT_DESCRIPTION,    OPT_TYPE_STRING },
    { NULL, NULL }
};

Much of which is impenetrable to someone without an understanding of SMB.

somewhere this should be documented. Either in a share_smb manual page, or some other manual page appropriate for the new share world.

I think this is covered in the sharemgr man page, although the header is confusing as it lists the smb options mixed in with nfs options.
