Saw this tweet from today (30 August):

which lead to finding an OLDER Oracle bug:

I'm not sure what the tweet was speaking about, but it might not be the 7109590 bug. It MAY even be that the 7109590 bugfix (from May) may have caused what's mentioned in the tweet.
Nonetheless, I'm placing this here for the record, just in case.
