Description

fmdump -t/-T incorrectly parses date/time (probably related to using another strptime() implementation):

sirius:yuri:~$ /usr/sbin/fmdump -t "09/01/12 14:19:41"
/usr/sbin/fmdump: unexpected suffix after time 09/01/12 14:19:41 -- 14:19:41
sirius:yuri:~$ /usr/sbin/fmdump -t "09/01/2012 14:19:41"
/usr/sbin/fmdump: unexpected suffix after time 09/01/2012 14:19:41 -- 14:19:41

Testing %Y sequences before %y ones as well as removing SCCS "workaround" seems to fix the issue (despite what the comment says).
