Description

During the boot process of OI-151a5 I get a kernel panic with the following message:
bad trap: type=e (#pf Page Fault) rp=ffffff001f7e3200 addr=7fbe4a570 occurred in module "apix" due to an illegal access to a user address.

If I boot without the debug option it will proceed to reboot. Then the process repeats.

I have included pictures of the screen output.

The hardware consists of:
Supermicro SC826E16-R1200LPB chassis (including SAS2 expander)
Supermicro X9SCM-F mainboard
Intel E31230 CPU
16BG Kingston ECC RAM
Adaptec 6445 Raid controller with 4 gb nand cache backing
