The cdrw manpage should mention ISO, not High Sierra

Description

     In either case, the data is typically prepared by using  the
     mkisofs  command  to  convert  the file and file information
     into the High Sierra format used on CDs.  See  the  examples
     that include use of this command.

The "High Sierra" should be replaced by the "ISO 9660" string.

Since the ISO 9660 replaced the High Sierra Format long time ago (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_9660) it is desired to update the manpage to not mention such obsolete things.
