illumos gate

Non global zone is unusable if there were unresolved IP duplications before a reboot.
Later on zone is marked as 'down' and only 'init 6' from global zone fixes that.

In a logs I see warnings like these (except for XXX):

Non global zone was upgraded from oi_151a to oi_151a7.

Zone has a few dedicated VNICs, IPMP group and 3 IP aliases.

IP duplications are well known in this example (cloned zone).

If I fix a duplications in the first place then the zone issue is gone.
