Contribute Nexenta mpt_sas(7D) mods back to Illumos

Description
The Nexenta version of mpt_sas(7D) has several bugfixes and one misfeature backout that currently aren't in illumos-gate.
This bug will track the contribution back into illumos-gate.
A few, already filed, bugs will most likely be covered with this contribution. Currently I see #1553, #3195, and POSSIBLY #2430.
A subsequent update here will detail what all is going back with the Nexenta contribution.

I haven't actually had 2430 recur at all in some time, so I'm not sure I can test whether this fixes it or not.
I suppose it's possible that a >P12 revision of the firmware somehow removed the condition causing the driver bug, so I could try downgrading the firmware and see if I can reproduce it, but that requires I set up a system not in production to do that. I'll let you know if I can reproduce it.

Has anyone done a diff between illumos-nexenta's mpt_sas and gate's?
