Description

This is in the kstat_queue(9F) man page:

CONTEXT
kstat_create() can be called from user or kernel context.

The kstat_queue(9F) man page is not about kstat_create(), so kstat_create() shouldn't be mentioned there.

I've left the kstat_create(9F) in the SEE ALSO section, as that seems useful to point folks to still.

Tested by looking at the manual page with man(1M).
