want automatic devid updates
When a VM is cloned the devids on the underlying disks is usually changed by the virtualization software (VMware in our case). The devid is stored in the ZFS label used to find disks during import, but ZFS still successfully opens devices with changed devids based on other data in the label (and is able to verify it is the correct disk based on data on the disk), but it does not update the devid stored in the label, so if you compare the devid in the ZFS label and of the actual disk they do not match.
If we successfully open a vdev whose devid did not match what was in the label we should update the label.
