Description
Once upon a time, US export restrictions forced Sun to dice up the source code for export. Since then, the restrictions have been loosened, but the slice & dice magic stayed. (Since Illumos is an open source project, this doesn't make any sense for us anyway.)
As an added bonus, this ONC_PLUS slice & dice logic can go away too.
