Description

An OmniOS user reports that their grub was not updated sufficiently to understand the lz4 feature flag.

I suspect that the addition of features to ZFS that are boot-relevant should have included bumping the VERSION in usr/src/grub/capability such that grub is automatically updated as necessary. They didn't.

The user can boot an OmniOS ISO that understands LZ4, import the pool and just run installgrub to update the ZFS stage2 module. That's the one that understands LZ4 feature flags.
