Description
neither ctfconvert nor ctfmerge nor libdwarf are usable with ELF files containing more than 65536 sections. Changes to enable this are pretty simple, but the design of libdwarf is such that then using the tools is absolutely abismal. I have had ctfconvert running for 20 minutes thus far to convert a 70,000 section object.
I'm filing this so we know they're broken, I don't expect to fix it (and I don't expect anyone to need it fixed...)
