Saying shortly, I can't export a pool on such devices, for example, my FC link is down, external raid is unavailable anymore, there is no way to unmount all datasets from this pool (zpool export -f does not work in this case).
As the result I should to do a hard reset on the server which has many zones (vps).
after the FC link is up, the pool already hangs, I can't do anything with the pool,
the link and this HBA (cannot unload module, it is busy)
We need a flag to zpool export command for "really force unmount" it.
Of course, maybe it is a bug in the driver (emlxs)
