Login page tabbing ends up with lost password page

Description
The layout of the login page is such that if you hit tab after selecting "stay logged in" you end up on the "change password" link instead of the login link. Can you please change it so the workflow of user->password->(optional stay logged in)->login works?

I can see your point, but I'm not quite sure how to fix this properly with Redmine. I've had a poke around and it seems to make slightly less sense than when I started. Ideas?
