Description
So that /usr/xpg4/bin/sh is available. Or, probably, chg_usr_exec should do better at error reporting, I had a hard time trying to figure out what "execl: No such file or directory" mean in zfstest logs.

Easy fix, I will take this one
Note that I'm not really sure about adding explicit dependency here, I just didn't have system/xopen/xcu4 installed and chg_usr_exec would give cryptic error messages, which should be fixed anyway I think, making it say which exactly binary it can't execl().
