Fixed in:

http://hg.openindiana.org/sustaining/oi_151a/pkg-gate/rev/8cb391c2269d

Unfortunately an image-update uses the currently installed version of pkg, so when image-updating to oi_151a, you still get the old release notes url. It's only subsequent updates that get the new URL.

So we may want to change the URL from http://wiki.openindiana.org/oi/oi_151a+Release+Notes to something without a version number.

Updated to a version agnostic URL in prestable5. As before though, the first to see it will be updating from prestable5 not to prestable5.
