4129 added a check to bldenv to make sure that it shows up on the PATH relative to thinks like the stock studio dmake. Unfortunately it isn't properly gated on the environment variable being set and thus we always end up failing in the case which is a bad and unnecessary flag day. While here the message should actually tell you what $MAKE is set to as you might not think to check your environment file.
