Description

A few source files use the %C time conversion specification with its old meaning of the complete date and time string. The new meaning is only the century number. These instances should be changet to %c or %+, as appropriate. These are:

usr/src/cmd/cron/cron.c
usr/src/cmd/fruadm/fruadm.c
usr/src/lib/libfru/libnvfru/nvfru.c
usr/src/lib/print/libpapi-common/common/attribute.c

As well, the strftime(3C) man page is out of date with respect to the source.
