Description

From the report at Joyent:

DTrace should be able to consume CTF in userland binaries. Specifically we should be able to get through to something like 'pid$pid`type'. Similar to the pid provide we should support also specifying a link map id as well as a library to find the type. If a library is not specified we use the first one we find while iterating the CTF containers. We should also be able to use pid` as an alias for pid$target.
