findunref used to depend on the gate workspace (or, rather, on it being used consistently in a master workspace). Rather than that, we should enter into the source tree the "master" unref files for both platforms, such that findunref can run every build and compare to that master, and fail the build if new unreferenced files are discovered. These master files should be checkpaths'd, such that they're kept up-to-date
