Description

This came up during the discussion for bug #450:
/usr/@(|xpg4/|xpg6/)bin/getconf need to support the NPROCESSORS_* values to have a standard and portable way to determinate the number of active/available CPUs in an OS instance (ksh93's builtin "getconf" already supports this).
