remove "All rights reserved" from prototypes
The clause "All rights reserved." is a historical legacy that serves no purpose whatsoever post 2000. See the details for this here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_rights_reserved
Basically, its a historical legacy from the older Buenos Aires convention that has long since been superseded by the Berne Convention.
We should remove this language from the prototype files, and encourage new committers to consider dropping this sentence/phrase in new integrations.
