Description

As the topic says, at least in OI151a9, iscsid and zonestatd start running out of (by default) /root before filesystem/local is done, which means that filesystem/local, if it tries to mount on /root, will fail, and drop into maintenance state.

The modifications to zonestat.xml and iscsi-initiator.xml aren't much to make them run out of / instead; I'm going to make a webrev against the appropriate repo, I just don't know if there's any reason they're like this...

Highly doubt it's done on purpose.
