nl_langinfo(CRNCYSTR) returns wrong alignment character
It turns out that I got the sense backwards when I coded up the handling of CRNCYSTR in nl_langinfo(). The prefix should be "-" for the case where the currency symbol is to the left (as in USA), and "+" for when the currency symbol trails the number. I got this exactly backwards.
