Description
We need fields to identify bugs that would be good first tasks for newcomers, as well as other low-hanging fruit (which may not entirely overlap with the first set if they require specialised knowledge)

I'd recommend using tags functionality -- sergey we have tags on nexenta.org... can we get it here too? Then we can just use them like keywords #bite-size or somesuch...

We can have custom fields. Seems like a fine fit. Unfortunately broken? in this rev of Remine. Will test again once we migrate.

Thinking of implementing this as two custom fields:
- Difficulty: Bite-size, Medium, Hard, Expert (searchable, filter-able)
- Free text field akin to Bugzilla's "Whiteboard" where arbitrary keywords can be added.
Keywords could include "good first bug", "GSoC idea", "ZFS WG"... etc.
