Feature #5232
openAutomated Creation of dump devices and swap devices

Description
This is perhaps a low-priority item, but seems like maybe a good idea. Most if not all systems have the dump facility enabled, so when things go upside down at least we have a chance at a crash dump, etc.
At RackTop we thought it might be useful to have a ZFS property baked in, something along the lines of
org.illumos:dumpor
org.illumos:swap
for swap-dedicated devices, where creation of these devices could be more easily automated by the service associated with the device, such as dumpadm in the case of a dump device. The service would just have to look at the zvols on the system pool and quickly know if one is already designated.
Perhaps to others this may seem like a silly idea, but automation of this could make our systems more resilient with less work, even if the resiliency comes in the more proactive crash management and mitigation.
