There is need for docummenting general disribution infrastructure versus new project connections, procedures and staff needed to be contacted to make new projects, subprojects and access to development infrastructure available for OI development.

People often complain for the lack of development boxes for building OI software and experimenting with OI development, when infrastructure is actually available but trere are no established organisational procedures to acquire, maintain and use them to develop all aspects of the OS.

This needs to be docummented and refreshed periodically, together with tighter integration with users and new developers.
