Missing elxnic network driver?

Mentioned in http://wiki.openindiana.org/oi/Ethernet+Networking is this Emulex driver; Ken Mays tested it. I can't find it in any IPS repository:

I am trying to get a 10Gb Emulex OCE14102-NX driver -- not sure if this one would work.
Is the elxnic driver still available? If so, how can I get it?
I have contacted Emulex Technical Support about it missing from their IPS repository.
