Description

There is a paragraph in TCP(7P) that refers to TCP_KEEPALIVE_THRESHOLD and TCP_KEEPALIVE_ABORT_THRESHOLD. It also mentions TCP_KEEPIDLE, TCP_KEEPCNT and TCP_KEEPINTVL.

The manual page text should make it clear that these macros are defined in <netinet/tcp.h>. The page could, potentially, even mention this header in the SYNOPSIS section.
