Description
we have dependency on build host to illumos version 'echo' in files:
usr/src/lib/libcurses/screen/keyname.sh
usr/src/lib/libcurses/screen/maketerm.ed
if we try to use GNU echo on host instead of illumos version, build will be failed.
more universal will be to use '/usr/bin/print' instead of '/usr/bin/echo'
