Description
manpages are out of date:
- priv_addset.3c needs to include info about priv_basicset
- privileges(5) needs to be updated to include PRIV_FILE_READ, PRIV_FILE_WRITE, PRIV_NET_ACCESS in the list of basic privileges
- Need clarification on the fact that these privs only affect open() on files or creation of new sockets, and not existing FDs
