Description

Often during development or testing it can be beneficial to add artificial latency to disk requests. The motivations for doing so often vary, but some examples are performance testing, reproducing race conditions, and simulating different hardware latencies. This issue is to track the inclusion of such a feature into ZFS, and specifically to track the landing of this patch opened against the OpenZFS project: https://github.com/openzfs/openzfs/pull/39
