Description

I have a Logitech QuickCam E3500 usb webcam which is recognised by
OpenIndiana as a generic web cam, when I installed Cheese Webcam booth it activates the
Webcam (the light on top glows) but the picture is blank at both 640x480
and 320 x 240 but a picture does appear at 160 x 120.

After upgrading to oi_b148b this evening I checked that I can download from my Nikon camera via USB and this worked perfectly.
I then tried Cheese Webcam Booth to access my Logitech E3500 webcam, again this works correctly at 160x120 pixels but the picture is black at 320x240 and 640x480 pixels

I have included a truss -leaf -o /tmp/cheese.truss /usr/bin/cheese.

I have cheese configured to start in 160x120 mode, after starting I changed the configuration to 320x240 the black screen appeared, waited a few more seconds before switching to 640x480 waited for a few seconds and then switched back to 160x120 mode when the display is shown.
