zvol_misc tests should not depend on /sbin or /usr/sbin being in PATH
#6405 added calls to the zfs utility without using the $ZFS variable. This fails if neither /usr/sbin nor /sbin are in PATH when the tests are run, and consequently the functional/zvol/zvol_misc tests fail.
