The manual page flowadm(1M) describes a command show-usage which does not exist in the tool.

It seems to have been removed from flowadm as part of 0dc2366f but the manpage was not updated accordingly.

Wether it was removed in error from flowadm, or not removed from the manpage in oversight I do not know however.

Indeed; this functionality was moved to flowstat, so should no longer be in the man page.

See also #4508 for other manpage errors and #4421 for the need for a flowstat man page.
