uts: fakebop.c should avoid using xbootp directly.
The i86pc/os/fakebop.c seems to be quite liberal mixing use of xbootp and xbp (provided as function argument). The xbootp should be avoided to be used directly and isolated as much as possible for cases it is really needed.
