loader: conf.d reader needs to check for boot.tftproot.server
The #7567 does enable nfs in addition of currently supported tftp network protocol, and this means we need to improve the tftp detection in order to avoid attempting to read file list from /boot/conf.d in case of tftp.
We can use boot.tftproot.server environment variable for detection, and also we need to keep in mind the network interface is pxe0: in case of BIOS boot and netX: in case of UEFI.
