Description

As an followup to:
7760 uts: tem should be able to display UTF-8
7784 uts: console input should support utf-8

The ldterm should also default to support utf-8, so the canonical mode will behave as expected. Note, the ldterm already does support both one and multibyte code pages, it currently defaults to single byte and does not check for multibyte input unless specifically set to (via CSDATA_SET/EUC_WSET ioctl()). Also the single byte input seems to behave the same as before.
