Description
During the build we create a native version of svc.configd to build the seed repository. This version of svc.configd is built against the host version of libbsm which pulls in libscf from outside the proto area. If the build/host versions of libscf differ this can cause build failures. The solution is to disable auditing when building the native version to avoid this dependency.
