usb_*_request(9S) manual pages should match structure names

Description
The various manual pages for the usb_*_request(9S) manual pages do not match the structure names that folks actually use, which is usb_*_req_t@or @usb_*_req. We should add aliases for these names so that folks using it can actually find the manual pages.
