Description
To simplify network tuning between reboots, could an ndd-tuning service be added to the default installation which would not be enabled by default.
An administrator would have to edit the /etc/default/ndd-tuning.conf to add ndd tuning options
On enabling the ndd-tuning service the /etc/default/ndd-tuning.conf would be read, the ndd tuning parameters would be read and ndd -get used to archive the current settings, once the settings are archived the new values would be assigned.
If the ndd-tuning server is disabled then the ndd settings archive before the tuning took place would be restored.
