Description

I have an LSI Logic SCSI card in a desktop PC. The card's bios utility is able to scan and discover tapes drives (exabyte 8505's), however, I am not able to see them within OpenIndiana (latest version).

I had to add the glm driver manually for the "LSI53C876/E PCI to Dual Channel SCSI Controller" card using:

add_drv -f -m "* 0666 root sys" -i pci1000,f glm

Relevant dmesg output:

Mar 6 17:24:23 openindiana scsi: [ID 365881 kern.info] /pci@0,0/pci10de,26f@10/pci1000,1000@8 (glm0):

Hopefully there is an easy fix.

Thanks, Kris.
