Description

We have an antiquated /usr/bin/calendar utility, and associated /usr/lib/calprog helper.

This is not /usr/bin/cal, which is what most people are used to.

The utility is of dubious utility, isn't localized, and is coded to work with YP. We should remove it.

Alternatives:

Users could replicate it with a shell one liner if desired.

FreeBSD appears to contain a modern equivalent (sometimes in Linux as bsdmainutils)

The Remind tool has a similar idea
