Description

The build of several oi-userland components stops with an error message similar to these:

cp: cannot create regular file `m4/intltool.m4': No such file or directory
intltoolize: cannot copy '.../aclocal/intltool.m4' to 'm4/intltool.m4'
Putting files in AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIR, 'm4'. /usr/bin/gnome-doc-prepare[287]: cd: m4: [No such file or directory]

Components affected are: openindiana/cmdassist openindiana/nwam-manager x11/xrestop

The solution is to insert `mkdir -p m4' early in the list of commands contained in the COMPONENT_PREP_ACTION macro. Many of the existing component Makefiles already do this.
