Description

Mirror of Joyent OS-6188 -- a number of components have missing dependencies when generating message catalogs (missing dependencies on generated files such as yacc(1) or rpcgen output):

usr/src/cmd/iconv
usr/src/sgs/Makefile (this one is a bit different in that it tries to build 'native' verisons of a few tools and can try to use them before it's built)
usr/src/cmd/svc/svccfg
usr/src/cmd/fs.d/mount
usr/src/cmd/fs.d/udfs/fsdb
usr/src/cmd/isns/isnsd
usr/src/cmd/msgfmt
