Note: Python 3.5.4 is the last "bugfix" release of 3.5. The Python 3.5 branch has now entered "security fixes only" mode; going forward, the only improvements made in the 3.5 branch will be security fixes.

Properly shipping python-35 will include shipping python 3.5 modules. Also we have to find out if we need to ship 32-bit python 3.5/3.6. If we don't ship 32-bit version, oi-userland makefiles should be examined to be fine with it.

Personally, I wouldn't spend time on Python 3.5 anymore. Python 3.6 is providing some performance advantages over 3.5 and 3.7 will come out shortly.
