Description

A common request we've had is the ability to specify a time_t through the date(1) command for it process. To implement this, I've opted to follow the BSD command lineage and provide a -r option which allows one to specify that time. One wrinkle is that GNU date uses -r to act as a reference to a file. Here, I've also mimicked recent BSD behavior and if the time cannot be parsed by strtol() then we go ahead and treat the argument as a file that we're referencing the time from instead.
