Description
There's this in the lockstat(1m) man page:
The profiling support provided by lockstat -I replaces the old (and
undocumented) /usr/bin/kgmon and /dev/profile.
kgmon is not so much old as ancient.
We shouldn't be documenting something that old, especially something that was itself undocumented

- % Done changed from 0 to 100
