Description
I have been trying for several days to install OpenIndiana 2017.10 and so far I can not get the media to boot, either via pendrive and today, 02/12/2017, I bought some DVDs -r, to test if it was a problem of compatibility with the USB 3.0 port. I used Ubuntu to create LiveDVD and, unfortunately, it does not boot. I even included the BIOS of my pc, but no results. Ubuntu can see the content both when done with LivePenDrive and LiveDVD, but it's as if the system's boot files definitely did not exist! I put the problem in a mailing list, but as my English is not very good ... it's as they say, so far, I have not used the operating system!
